I confirm that my child's immunisations are up to date, and I will supply a copy of the vaccination records. * I authorise Wonderland to seek medical attention for my child if I cannot reasonably be contacted (at my cost), and to administer pain-relieving or fever-reducing medication such as Calpol or Panado should the need arise. * I consent to photographs of my child being taken at school, which may be shared with parents and used for the school's marketing, Facebook, Instagram, website and concert. I have read and accept the Rules & Conditions of Enrolment, and I undertake to pay the fees as stipulated in the fee structure, including the indemnity, credit and payment terms in the application document. *

What happens next? We'll confirm receipt of your application and be in touch about your child's place. Please note the once-off R1000 registration fee secures the placement, and we'll ask for copies of both parents' IDs and your child's vaccination records to complete the enrolment.
